Just as we see the importance of
teaching youth trades we also see
the importance of teaching godly
character and giving them a role
model to follow by.
We want to...
-give young men and woman who don't
have a godly role model in the home an
opportunity to be mentored while
studying a trade.
-teach them a trade so as to broaden the
opportunities for apprenticeship,
and employment.

-give youth an alternative to video games,
hanging out on the streets, etc.
-teach them to have a servant's heart.
-show them how they can help the community
(for example, if they are part of the
carpentry class they may be building a shed,
this shed will be given to someone in the
community who is in need).
- show them how to do repairs around the house.
- teach them to enjoy work.
Some classes/clinics we would like to offer are sewing, carpentry,
electronics, baking, art, music, plumbing, etc.

We will also be giving people the opportunity
to be trained in and have fun playing sports and
other physical activities such as soccer, hiking,
kayaking, basketball, baseball, etc.
These clinics will be taught by chosen volunteers
and will vary as people volunteer.
